We are ooking for a motivated and outgoing Sales Representative to help grow our residential and commercial cleaning business. Position

Overview

This is a commission-based role focused on generating new clients through direct outreach, including door-to-door visits and business-to-business sales. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients who may need cleaning services and introducing them to our company. Who You'll Be Visiting

• Residential homes (door-to-door outreach)
• Apartment buildings & property managers
• Airbnb hosts & short-term rentals
• Small businesses
• Commercial offices & facilities
• Agencies and service-based businesses

Responsibilities

• Prospect and visit potential clients in assigned areas
• Identify cleaning needs (residential or commercial)
• Schedule estimates or cleaning services
• Build and maintain relationships with property managers and business owners
• Report leads and activity regularly

Compensation

• Commission-based (earn per signed client / contract)
• High earning potential based on performance
• No cap on commissions

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• Comfortable with door-to-door and field sales
• Experience in sales is required
