Sales / Customer Service

Responsibilities

include, but are not limited to:

• Greeting members as they walk into the gym
• Enrolling new members and assisting current members
• Contacting prospective members
• Providing excellent customer service
• Hitting the monthly sales goal
• Providing Fitness knowledge that you may have or learn on the job about fitness.
• Be involved with outdoor events show casing fitness the way we do it.
• Providing information that members/non-members may need about the gym
• Ensuring gym necessities (soap, paper towels, towels, etc.) are stocked
• Periodically walking through the gym to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
• Completing laundry (towels) as required
• Maintaining a clean environment (front desk, bathrooms, gym floor)
• Sanitizing equipment and deep cleaning bathrooms at the end of the day Balanced Fitness and Health is fun and active environment. We need someone who is not only interested in fitness, but wants to be a part of our community as well. You will be the first point of contact for anything members/non-members need. Sales / Customer Service is highly encouraged here. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
