Compensation

What You'll Do

• Generate new business through neighborhood canvassing, referrals, and networking
• Meet with homeowners and build lasting customer relationships
• Perform complimentary roof inspections
• Present customized roofing solutions and estimates
• Guide customers through the sales process from inspection to signed agreement
• Follow up with prospects and manage your sales pipeline
• Maintain accurate customer records using company systems

• At least 1 year of sales experience
• Outside sales experience preferred
• Experience in roofing, home improvement, construction, automotive, insurance, retail, pest control, or other commission-based sales is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
