Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team
• Drive new and pre-owned vehicle sales performance
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives
• Coach and mentor sales consultants on sales processes and customer engagement
• Assist with negotiations and closing deals
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
• Maintain compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations
• Partner with the Finance Department to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
• Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve results
• Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Automotive Sales Manager, Desk Manager, or F&I; Manager
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
• Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills
• Experience with dealership management and CRM systems
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record .
