Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to establish rapport and generate interest.
• Engage in door-to-door outreach within assigned territories to identify potential customers and set appointments for the sales team.
• Utilize CRM software and sales automation technologies like Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and manage follow-ups efficiently.
• Apply consultative selling skills to understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and build trust during conversations.
• Negotiate effectively with prospects to secure appointment commitments while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with the inside sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads and maximize deal closing opportunities.
• Maintain high levels of professionalism in all client communications, ensuring clarity, transparency, and excellent customer service. Skills
• Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or inside sales within a B2B environment.
• Strong negotiation skills combined with technical sales experience and familiarity with sales technology adoption.
• Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce Cloud and other sales automation tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
• Demonstrated ability in consultative selling, customer service, and business development strategies.
• Experience with call center operations, telecommunication techniques, and warm calling approaches.
• Knowledge of marketing principles and client communication best practices to foster long-term relationships.
