Our established Insurance & Financial Services Agency in Rochester, NY is looking for an Experienced Customer Service / Sales Support Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others. Full-time | On-Site | Competitive Salary + Incentive & Bonus

Compensation

Responsibilities

include:

• Assisting clients with Policy Changes, Billing, Claims, and policy questions.
• Supporting the office sales goals by identifying sales opportunities and pivoting them from service transactions
• Maintaining accurate records and delivering top-tier service

Qualifications

:

• Minimum of 1-2 Years Customer Service or Sales experience in a Sales Environment is preferred
• Current P&C; or Life/ Health License preferred but we are willing to license and train the right team member!
• Dependable, Friendly, Detail Oriented and a Team Player!
