Boost Mobile Retail Sales Associate Bilingual Spanish Hamdan Inc.

Compensation

: $15.00 to $18.00 per hour or more , including Base Pay Rate and Sales Bonuses Earned. Full Time Hamdan Inc, a Boost Mobile Platinum-branded retailer and Marceco partner, is seeking outgoing, ambitious Boost Mobile Retail Sales Associates to join our retail team. As a Boost Mobile Retail Sales Associate for Hamdan Inc. , you will be working directly with our customers, educating them on the Boost Mobile Products and Services we offer and guiding them through the selection and sales process. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail environments, understand how to conduct outbound activities to drive customers to our locations, be goal-driven and focused on achieving results, and be focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience to earn repeat business. • Meeting sales goals by selling our products and services to new and existing customers.
• Effectively presenting products and services and developing relationships with potential clients.
• Handling all administrative aspects of the sale, including but not limited to: Completing customer contracts and warranties, pulling products from inventory, accepting customer payments, and filling the completed order.
• Staying up to date with product knowledge, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features through continuous learning and self-development.
• Knowing the market by keeping up with competitive offers and being able to provide market feedback to the Sales Manager regarding local competition and product/service needs. Hamdan inc., is looking for candidates who have and can:

• Superior customer service skills and the ability to understand and implement our sales process of a needs-based approach.
• Bilingual Spanish is Preferred
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, telephone, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Amazing organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Must be able to work varied hours of retail to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation so you can be at work on time, every time,
