Job Summary

Mardin Sweets is looking for friendly, reliable, and energetic Sales Associates to join our team. As the face of our kiosk, you'll provide exceptional customer service while serving premium desserts, pastries, coffee, and beverages in a fast-paced retail environment. We're looking for individuals with a positive attitude who enjoy working with people and take pride in creating a welcoming experience for every guest.

Compensation

: Starting at $18/hour , with tips that can increase earnings to approximately $25$30/hour.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer questions about our products.
• Prepare and serve desserts, beverages, and other menu items.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and accurately process transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked kiosk.
• Restock inventory and notify management of low inventory levels.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
• Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality service.
• Collaborate with teammates to create a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred (food service experience is a plus).
• Friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and responsible.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States. Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour Work Location: In person
