RV Sales Consultant Automotive Sales Experience a Plus No Experience needed - Training provided RV Sales Consultant. We have a sales position open on our sales staff at Bell Camper Sales of Tulsa. It is a commission based pay scale that is better than most. You can figure around $60 to $100k+ per year depending on your sales. You will need to have some experience selling bigger ticket items. Confidence and good closing skills are a must. You will be responsible for working your own leads, putting them into the CRM, and following our sales process. You will need experience following up with customers and be able bring in customers when it is slow. Health Insurance is offered after 60 days and the 401k after one year. The hours are from Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 5:30 and Saturday From 9:00 to 6:00. You will have one day during the week and Sundays off. Reporting to the Sales Manager, your core responsibilities will include engaging with customers, showcasing our RV inventory, and facilitating the sales process. Utilizing your skills in negotiation and communication, you will build strong relationships with clients while leveraging your experience in retail sales and automotive sales. Your ability to manage the sales pipeline and provide support will be essential in achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
