The Role As a Business Development Associate, you'll be the first point of contact with homeowners. Your mission isn't to close the sale on the spot it's to open the door to opportunity by starting conversations, building trust, and setting confirmed appointments for our sales team.

What You'll Do

:

• Knock doors and connect with 100+ homeowners daily.
• Share information on upgrades like roofing, windows, painting, and landscaping.
• Build rapport and generate qualified, confirmed appointments for sales reps.
• Take part in team training and continuously sharpen your skills. What We Offer
• $24/hour base pay + uncapped commission + bonuses
