Step into a role where you guide homeowners through one of the most rewarding parts of their remodel. In this position, you'll walk alongside customers at every stage from that first spark of an idea to the day their new countertops are installed. You'll advise on materials, shape design choices, and keep projects moving forward, all while creating a standout experience for each client. Hours

• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

We're the state's leading provider of custom granite and quartz countertops, and our focus is helping homeowners reimagine their spaces with premium stone and tile. A Look at the Role
• Greet showroom visitors and walk them through our selection of tile, quartz, granite, quartzite, and other stone options for kitchens, bathrooms, showers, fireplaces, and beyond
• Run design consultations that help each customer land on a unified look suited to their taste and price range
• Read floor plans and layouts to inform your design suggestions
• Travel to customers' homes for measurement visits and on-site consultations
• Keep your product knowledge, awareness of design trends, and training up to date
• Cultivate connections with homeowners, builders, designers, and industry partners to bring in new business
• Split your time roughly 75% in the showroom and 25% on field appointments and business development
• Log thorough, accurate project notes, selections, and estimates in our CRM
• Work hand-in-hand with coordinators and specialty sales teams to keep the customer journey seamless
• Look after showroom displays, product samples, and overall presentation
• Assist with pricing updates and keeping products organized
• Hit and surpass your personal sales targets
• Bring forward ideas to sharpen displays, workflows, and the customer experience
• Help keep the showroom clean, orderly, and inviting
• Take on additional tasks as they come up What We're Looking For Required
• A motivated, upbeat attitude with genuine care for customers
• Clear communication and a comfortable presentation style
• Eagerness to build your skills in design and the stone industry
• Reliability, professionalism, and composure when things get busy
• Sharp attention to detail and solid time management Nice to Have
• Background in sales, design, or the countertop, flooring, tile, or cabinet trade
• Familiarity with construction or home renovation
• Some experience measuring spaces or interpreting plans Physical & Practical

Requirements

• Comfortable lifting 120 lbs, standing or sitting for long stretches, and using a step ladder
• Dependable transportation for both showroom shifts and home visits
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
