Director of Sales & Marketing Assisted Living & Memory Care Sungarden Terrace Lemon Grove, CA Are you a proven sales closer with experience in senior living? Do you thrive on the challenge of building census and helping families find the right care solution? Sungarden Terrace Boutique Assisted Living and Memory Care community is looking for a high-energy, results-driven Director of Sales & Marketing to take charge of our occupancy strategy and fill available units. This is not a passive rolewe need someone who knows how to hustle, build relationships, and convert leads into move-ins. This is a high-impact role for someone ready to hit the ground running and make a difference. Role:

• Take full ownership of the sales process: handle leads, conduct tours, follow up, and close move-ins.
• Aggressively work all lead sourcesonline inquiries, referral agencies, professional referrals, discharge planners, hospitals, and community outreach.
• Build and maintain strong referral relationships with healthcare providers, case managers, and senior service professionals.
• Collaborate with the Administrator to develop and execute a census recovery plan.
• Track and report lead activity, follow-ups, and occupancy progress weekly.
• Organize events and marketing initiatives to drive awareness and attract leads.
• Ensure smooth coordination of move-ins with the care and admin teams.

Qualifications

:

• 3+ years of sales experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Senior Living (required).
• Proven success increasing census or filling a community.
• Confident, persuasive, and able to overcome objections.
• Comfortable with fast-paced, results-focused environments.
• Strong CRM, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Compassion for seniors and their familiesbut with a strong business mindset.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for working with seniors and their families.
• Organized, self-motivated, and goal oriented.
• Valid CA Driver's License and ability to pass background clearance, TB test, and fingerprinting.

• Base Salary: $75,000 $80,000/year (DOE)
