Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients and partners within the construction sector.
• Assist incoming calls, answer inquiries, and provide prompt, accurate information and solutions.
• Coordinate scheduling and resolve customer questions
• Facilitate communication between customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project flow.
• Maintain organized digital files, and documentation of interactions with workers.
• Support day-to-day office operations, including data entry and administrative tasks. Who We're Looking For

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook or similar applications (Preferred but not required.)
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
• Preferred:
• Prior experience in customer service, office administration, or construction-related roles
• Familiarity with construction industry terms, processes, or project coordination
