Blue Springs Siding & Windows is looking for a full-time Inside Sales Rep to join our team in Blue Springs, MO. The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, or 2 years of experience in customer service, or a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and sales.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Must be computer literate and able to use the company's online tools.
• Must be able to work with a variety of people, both inside and outside the company.
• Must be able to work on multiple projects at once and adapt quickly to change.
• Must have excellent organizational skills, be detail oriented, and able to follow instructions.
• Must have excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality as part of our company culture. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
