Outside Roofing Sales Representative (Commercial & Residential) Company: Next Level Roofing, LLC Location: Tulsa, OK (Travel Throughout Oklahoma) Job Type: Full-Time About Next Level Roofing Next Level Roofing is one of Oklahoma's largest roofing contractors specializing in commercial and residential roofing. We are looking for experienced, motivated sales professionals who are ready to grow with a company that values integrity, accountability, and results. Position

Overview

This position begins as commission-only during a trial period. This allows both you and our team to ensure it's the right fit. Successful candidates who demonstrate strong performance, professionalism, and the ability to generate consistent sales will be considered for a full-time position with a base salary, commission, and a company work truck.

Responsibilities

• Generate new commercial and residential roofing opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship building.
• Perform roof inspections and identify customer needs.
• Prepare and present professional estimates and proposals.
• Close sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Manage projects from contract through completion.
• Coordinate with production to ensure projects are completed successfully.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity.
• Represent Next Level Roofing with professionalism at all times.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.

Requirements

• Previous roofing sales experience is required.
• Proven ability to generate and close sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections.

Compensation

• Commission-only during the trial period.
