• Meet with individuals and families to identify needs and recommend customized benefit plans.
• Manage and grow a client portfolio through exceptional service and ongoing relationship-building.
• Participate in leadership development programs with opportunities to mentor and train new team members.
• Collaborate with team leaders to achieve individual and organizational growth goals.
