Full description of the position

We build outdoor spaces landscaping, hardscape, the whole job for homes and businesses around Tulsa. We need someone who can go out, find the work, and close it. Real leads, real estimates, real dollars not just showing up to appointments somebody else booked for you. This isn't a desk job. You'll be out at people's homes and businesses, walking the property, talking through what they want, and building the proposal right then or right after. If you like being behind a computer all day, this isn't it. What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Generate your own leads and work the ones we hand you
• Walk properties with homeowners and business owners and scope out the job
• Build and price proposals you own the number, not just the pitch
• Hit weekly targets for leads, proposals sent, and proposal dollars
• Track every lead and proposal in SingleOps so nothing gets lost
• Close the deal and hand off a clean, accurate job to the project manager
• Stay in touch with past customers repeat and referral business matters here What You Need
• Real sales experience you've actually closed deals, not just taken orders
• Comfortable walking a property and talking scope and design with a customer
• Can put together and price a proposal without someone else doing it for you
• Self-motivated you're not sitting around waiting for leads to land in your lap
• Valid license, fine driving to job sites and appointments most of the day Nice to Have, Not Required
• Landscaping, hardscape, or outdoor industry background
• Used SingleOps or a similar CRM before
• Track record closing bigger projects ($40k+) Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
