Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to join our growing team in San Diego. As one of the first faces customers see when entering our store, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience while helping beauty professionals find the products they need to succeed. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and has an interest in the beauty industry.

What You'll Do

• Welcome every customer with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Build relationships with customers by learning their needs and recommending products.
• Process purchases accurately using our point-of-sale system.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions with accuracy.
• Restock shelves and maintain organized, visually appealing displays.
• Receive and stock incoming inventory shipments.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Learn product knowledge to confidently educate customers.
• Assist customers with locating products and making purchasing decisions.
• Help maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and merchandising.
• Support promotional events, product launches, and educational classes.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve sales and customer service goals.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned. We're Looking For Someone Who

• Is willing to work weekends, holidays, and flexible retail hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in the beauty, nail, lash, or cosmetology industry is a plusbut not required.
• Experience handling cash and operating a POS system is preferred.
