Our client is scaling rapidly and looking for driven, entrepreneurial Outside B2B Sales Hunters to make a direct impact in a high-growth commercial services environment. What You'll Be Doing

• Hunt and close net-new business - this is a true hunter role
• Target commercial clients: office buildings, apartments, retail, restaurants, hospitals (no residential)
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Identify client pain points and deliver solution-based proposals
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline + forecast accurately
• Negotiate contracts and close deals independently
• High autonomy - run your territory like your own business

• Strong base + uncapped commission

• 2+ years of outside B2B hunting experience
• Proven track record (quotas, deal size, wins)
• Energetic, self-motivated, and money-driven
