This role offers commission-only compensation with unlimited earning potential. We are currently looking to add sales representatives to work in several locations throughout Montana.

Duties

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments
• Sell insurance restoration roofing and exterior projects (storm damage, hail, wind, etc.) and retail projects
• Close contracts and meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
• Perfom exterior home inspections to identify storm damage or replacement needs
• Document findings with photos, measurements, and detailed notes
• Prepare and present estimates
• Meet with insurance adjusters as needed
• Review insurance scopes and supplements when applicable
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience
• Accurately update CRM with leads, inspections, estimates, contracts, and claim status

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Organizational skills for managing projects
• Experience in sales or customer service roles is highly desirable
