About the Role

A health insurance sales team in Pompano Beach, Florida is hiring Insurance Sales Agents to sell limited medical health insurance products to clients under 65. This is a full-time, onsite, phone-based role with inbound and outbound call volume, a consistent schedule, and an uncapped commission structure. No insurance license is required to start. Training is provided. Earnings are entirely performance-based, and top producers in this role consistently reach $2,000 to $2,500 or more per week.

What You Will Do

• Make outbound and receive inbound sales calls to engage prospective clients.
• Present, explain, and sell limited medical health insurance products clearly and professionally.
• Handle objections and guide customers through the decision-making process.
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets. Document customer interactions and sales activity accurately. What We Are Looking For
• Clear and confident phone communication skills.
• A results-oriented approach with a focus on consistent daily production.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume calling environment throughout the full shift.
• Ability to stay focused and maintain output across the workday.
• Prior sales or call center experience is a plus but is not required to apply. Licensing An insurance license is not required to begin this role.

Compensation

• Commission of 40% to 70% on core products and ancillaries.
