What You'll Do

as an AT &T; Enrollment Representative

• Meet with prospective customers to introduce AT&T; residential internet and communication solutions.
• Learn about each customer's household needs and recommend products and service plans that align with their preferences.
• Walk customers through enrollment, account setup, and activation while ensuring a smooth and accurate experience.
• Answer questions regarding products, promotions, pricing, and available services with confidence and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate customer records and complete enrollment documentation with attention to detail.
• Follow up as needed to provide excellent customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in daily training sessions to expand product knowledge, communication skills, and sales techniques.
• Contribute to a positive, goal-oriented team environment while working toward individual and company performance objectives. What We're Looking For in an AT &T; Enrollment Representative
