About the Role

As a Part-Time InHome Sales Representative , you'll serve as the face of our company, meeting with prequalified homeowners to present customized remodeling solutions. This is an outside sales role that leverages advanced technology to design and deliver highquality bath transformations tailored to each client's needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging inhome presentations using our proprietary iPadbased sales system
• Design personalized bath solutions using our intuitive software tools
• Provide accurate pricing and confidently close sales
• Participate in weekly training sessions to continuously improve sales performance
• Generate additional leads by working weekends in partner retail locations

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Previous experience in inhome sales (home remodeling experience is a plus)
• Confident presenter with public speaking ability
• Selfmotivated, goaloriented, and disciplined
• Comfortable working in a fastpaced, performancedriven environment
• Outgoing and professional demeanor with strong relationshipbuilding skills
• Reliable transportation and residency in the Bakersfield, CA area required
