Overview

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Life Insurance Agent to help individuals and families protect their financial futures. In this role, you will work directly with clients to understand their goals, evaluate their coverage needs, and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions. This position offers the opportunity to build long-term client relationships while providing valuable financial protection and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective and existing clients to discuss life insurance needs and financial goals.
• Conduct needs-based consultations and recommend suitable coverage options.
• Educate clients on policy features, benefits, and available coverage choices.
• Assist clients throughout the application and underwriting process.
• Prepare policy proposals and maintain accurate client records.
• Follow up with clients to review coverage and address questions or concerns.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust and maintain professional client relationships.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Self-motivated and organized with strong time-management skills.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Insurance experience is helpful but not required; training is available for qualified candidates.
• Ability to explain financial concepts and insurance products in a clear and understandable manner.
• Stay current on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
