We are currently hiring a full-time Entry Level Account Manager to join our retail sales team. This is a stable, customer-facing position focused on representing nationally recognized products and services inside a retail environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, creating positive customer experiences, and being part of a fast-paced team atmosphere. The position offers consistent full-time hours, weekly pay, and additional earning opportunities through bonuses and commission.

What You'll Do

• Represent products and services directly to customers in a retail setting
• Build strong customer relationships through professional communication
• Answer questions and provide product recommendations based on customer needs
• Assist with account support, customer enrollment, and service setup
• Maintain accurate customer information and documentation
• Work closely with team members to support daily retail operations
• Help maintain a welcoming and professional retail environment
• Meet individual and team performance expectations

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable working face-to-face with customers throughout the day
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be authorized to work in the United States Schedule

• Retail scheduling, including weekends as needed
• Consistent weekly hours provided
