Overview

We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Medical Sales Representative to join our team. This role combines consultative sales, client relationship management, and business development within the healthcare and insurance industry. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast- paced environment and is motivated by achieving sales goals while delivering outstanding client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, lead generation, and outreach efforts.
• Educate clients on available healthcare and insurance products and services.
• Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through enrollment and ongoing account management.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer support and service.
• Track sales activity, pipeline performance, and client interactions within CRM systems.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in insurance, healthcare, medical sales, or financial services preferred.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
