About This Position This is a performance-based compensation role with a competitive commission structure that's higher than most in the industry. What makes this opportunity different is more freedom. Instead of typical 8-10 hour workdays, your day is 5-6 hours of focused activity. You'll meet as a team and engage with homeowners throughout residential areas who need exterior home solutions. We offer Sundays off plus one other day of your choice during the week, giving you actual work-life balance. You'll have clear paths to advancement as Setter Manager, Closer, or Area Manager based entirely on your performance, and we provide comprehensive training programs that teach you everything you need to succeed.
