Full description of the position

We are looking for seasonal Car Wash Attendants who take pride in their work and drive customer satisfaction. As a seasonal Car Wash Attendant , you will be helping prepare vehicles to be ready for customer rentals. This role focuses on efficient vehicle cleaning, basic vehicle readiness checks, and preparing cars for customer rentals. • Prepare vehicles to be ready for rent and customer pick up
• Conduct vehicle service and maintenance checks to ensure customer satisfaction
• Committed to Hertz Gold Clean Standard with each vehicle
• Work outside in all weather conditions
• Ensure fuel and all fluids meet all standards
• Transport vehicles throughout lot
• Have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Be at least 20 years of age
• High School diploma or general equivalency diploma required What You'll Get:
• Hourly Rate is $18.50.
• Overtime Pay: Eligible (The company pays overtime in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. Per company policy, approval is required prior to the use of overtime).
• Holiday Pay: Eligible (1.5 x regular pay rate for hours worked on a designated holiday, in addition to receiving 8 hours of holiday pay)
• Sick Pay: Granted Up to 48 hours.
• Paid Time Off / Vacation / Paid observed Holidays (Accruals start at .83 Days a Month, 4 Floating Holidays, 9 Paid Observed Holidays).
• Profit Sharing: Eligible.
