Chorost & Co. is opening a new boutique retail store in the Catalina Foothills area, and is looking for a highly qualified sales associate to work in the store.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers
• Ascertain customers' needs and wants
• Recommend and display items that match customer needs
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Recommend and display items that match customer needs
• Operate point of sale (POS) and take payment or obtain credit authorization
• Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments
• Follow all companies' policies and procedures
• Work with team towards store goals, creating a positive working atmosphere, and supporting each other to combine individual strengths to enhance team performance
• Cultivate new customer relationships and manage existing ones to expand sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail store; preferably with jewelry or high-end luxury brands.
• Experience in sales within an international luxury brand (fashion, jewelry, or watches).
• Knowledge of store operations, product knowledge, and retail business.
• Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality Skills
• Proficiency in computer skills used in store operations.
• Commitment to excellence, with a passion for jewelry with a desire to succeed.

Compensation

based on experience. Pay Starting at $19.00 / hr. or more Dependent on Experience (DOE) Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $19.00 per hour
