Our office with Farmers Insurance is hiring a driven and competitive Telemarketer to generate leads and set appointments. This role is designed for individuals who want to break into sales and grow into a long-term career. You'll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where performance is recognized and rewarded. Salary Range: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

• Set qualified appointments for insurance agents
• Track daily activity, conversations, and results

• Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly goals
