National Bilingual Sales Manager Hispanic Lending Division

About the Role

Are you a high-producing, bilingual mortgage professional looking to build and lead a national footprint? We are seeking a dynamic, growth-minded National Bilingual Sales Manager to spearhead our Hispanic Loan Department. We are launching a 3.5% down ITIN loan that we underwrite in house, this plus a marketing team that is second to none can help any LO Explode their business. We run Facebook ads for local listings, last month we had one LO give her realtor partners 165 buyer leads, all at no cost to the LO. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for the right candidate. In this dual-production and leadership role, you will manage your own self- generated pipeline while building and supporting a team of bilingual Loan Originators. Additionally, you will serve as the premier national resource for our company, capturing and converting all Spanish-language leads referred by our non-Spanish-speaking LOs nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Personal Production: Maintain a consistent pipeline, closing a minimum of 5 transactions per month from your own self-generated referral sources.
• Lead Intake & Management: Take complete, accurate, and compliant loan applications ($1003$) in both English and Spanish.
• National Inbound Capture: Serve as the designated corporate partner for non-Spanish-speaking LOs across the country, seamlessly taking over and managing their Spanish-speaking client applications.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of bilingual Loan Originators as the division grows.

• Language Proficiency: Absolute fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
• Proven Track Record: Currently closing a minimum of 5 self-generated loans per month.
• Expert Originator: Deep knowledge of mortgage guidelines (FHA, VA, Conventional, Non-QM) and a flawless ability to take complete, high-quality loan applications.
• Leadership Mindset: Ability to motivate a team, manage overrides, and collaborate with standard loan officers nationwide.

• Base Guarantee: $5,000/month guarantee (commensurate/negotiable based on your verified volume from the previous year).
• Personal Production: 175 bps on all self-generated loans.
• Team Override: 25 bps override on all volume produced by the bilingual Loan Originators brought onto your team.
• Corporate Referral Spoil: 90 bps on all loans referred to you and your team by our non-Spanish-speaking Loan Officers nationwide.
