The mission of this role is to maximize and support all customer opportunities, including inbound traffic (showroom, phone, and internet leads) and outbound efforts (follow-ups, unsold opportunities, prospecting, and service-related outreach), while delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction. This position plays a key role in shaping the customer experience and directly reflects the image of the dealership. It requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to build relationships with customers and team members alike.
