Overview

As a Lead Generation Specialist / SDR at Caddie Inc., you will be responsible for generating and qualifying new leads to expand our client base. You'll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a steady flow of high- quality prospects and help drive business growth.

Responsibilities

:

• Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media
• Research potential clients and identify decision-makers
• Nurture relationships with prospects and set up meetings for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline in Salesforce
• Work closely with the sales team to understand target markets and refine lead generation strategies
• Meet or exceed lead generation and appointment-setting targets

Qualifications

:

• 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Goal-oriented with a drive for success
• Experience with outreach tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, or similar) preferred
