Overview

: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Representative at Great Lakes Trailer Sales. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales operations of our office. This is a full-time position located at our Waterford, MI office. A general knowledge of trailers preferred, but not required.

Duties

:

• Source and contact new leads
• Meet follow up requirements
• Daily inventory check - regularly keep up to date on inventory
• Manage social media listings daily
• Maintain brand standards on professional social media accounts
• Meet with customers to understand their needs and budgets and make recommendations that match what they're looking for
• Show and demonstrate trailers
• Promote current offers the dealership is running
• Process sales and complete all necessary paperwork required to finalize a sale
• Meet monthly quotas Skills:
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Previous experience working in sales is required
• Knowledge of trailers is preferred
• Ability to manage accounts and develop new business opportunities
• Excellent phone etiquette, communication and interpersonal skills
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customers have a positive buying experience
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment We offer competitive compensation.
