About the Role

We are hiring a hands-on Pest Control Sales Manager to drive growth in Arizona's residential and commercial market. This is a field leadership role focused on door-to-door sales, closing new business, and managing a high-performing team. You'll lead from the frontsetting the tone through personal production while training, and developing your team. This is not a desk position. Expect to be in the field daily, working alongside your team and capitalizing on Arizona's year-round sales opportunity.

• Knock 65100 doors per day in targeted neighborhoods to generate leads and close sales
• Personally close 2+ new residential pest control accounts daily (pest prevention & treatment services)
• Lead, train, and develop a team of door-to-door sales reps
• Conduct ride-alongs, field training, and performance coaching
• Demonstrate strong closing skills, objection handling, and sales leadership in the field
• Build and maintain relationships with homeowners while representing the brand professionally
• Track key metrics, run team huddles, and drive accountability to hit production goals
• Ensure consistent execution of proven sales systems and processes

• Strong closer with high energy, resilience, and a competitive mindset
• Leadership experience with the ability to recruit, train, and motivate a sales team
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and coachable
• Comfortable working outdoors in Arizona conditions
