• Generate and set qualified appointments with homeowners interested in window solutions
• Clearly communicate the value of Vivid Windows' products and services
• Schedule appointments for the sales team and ensure accurate handoff information
• Maintain a positive, professional presence representing the Vivid Windows brand
• Track daily activity and appointment-setting performance
