Full description of the position

We are seeking a motivated, professional, bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales Representative with experience in custom cabinetry, countertops, kitchen and bath remodeling, construction sales , and residential remodeling. This role focuses on generating leads, meeting with homeowners, contractors, builders, and designers, and closing sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Generate and manage leads for cabinetry and countertop projects.
• Conduct consultations for kitchens, bathrooms, closets, offices, built-ins, and specialty cabinetry.
• Educate clients on cabinet styles, construction, finishes, hardware, and countertop materials.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Build and maintain strong client and referral partner relationships.
• Conduct jobsite visits, take basic measurements, and coordinate with project managers.
• Collaborate with designers, installers, fabricators, and production teams to ensure project success.
• Maintain CRM records, sales tracking, and customer communications.
• Meet sales goals and represent the company professionally in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

:

• 35+ years of experience in cabinetry, countertops, kitchen & bath remodeling, construction sales, or related fields.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Strong knowledge of cabinet construction, countertop materials, and remodeling processes.
• Proven sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Proficient with CRM systems, email, spreadsheets, and proposal software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred:
• Experience with high-end residential remodeling and luxury clientele.
• Knowledge of quartz, granite, marble, quartzite, porcelain, butcher block, and solid surface countertops.
• Ability to read floor plans and cabinet elevations.
• Existing relationships with contractors, designers, or builders.
• Experience estimating and pricing custom cabinetry projects. Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
