Fine Jewelry Sales Associate (Luxury Retail | High Earnings Potential)

Job Description

: At Christopher Fine Diamonds, we are one of the most respected and top-rated fine jewelry stores in the Phoenix area, known for delivering an exceptional client experience and specializing in engagement rings, custom design, and luxury jewelry. We are currently looking for a professional, motivated, and experienced Fine Jewelry Sales Associate who thrives in a high-end, client-focused environment. This is not a typical retail position this is a relationship-driven, consultative sales role.

What You'll Do

:

• Work one-on-one with clients on engagement rings, wedding bands, and fine jewelry
• Guide clients through custom design and diamond selection
• Deliver a luxury-level customer experience from start to finish
• Build long-term relationships and repeat clientele
• Maintain showroom presentation and product knowledge What We're Looking For:
• Experience in fine jewelry or luxury retail sales preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Full-time position
• Competitive hourly + commission structure
• Consistent weekly schedule
• Weekend availability required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $47,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
