• Paid time off ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Representative for Claudia Alarcon Ins Agency Inc., you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Follow Up with potential and existing clients through phone calls, emails, text messages and via Virtual platform.
• Multiline existing customers to identify opportunities for additional coverage.
• Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing client needs and requests.
• Meet monthly quotas, including cold calling (50-75 calls per day)
• Market via social media and local presence. QUALIFICATIONS:
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creates a welcoming environment through enthusiasm, and authenticity.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service and sales preferred (1 year or more).
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and composure.
