About Treviso Realty Treviso Realty is a growing, multi-faceted real estate company with roots in Toronto and an expanding presence in Southwest Florida. Originally established through our RE/MAX affiliate office in Toronto, Ontario, we have brought that expertise south and are now growing our Florida operation from our base at Coconut Point in Estero. Here, we specialize in residential sales, leasing, and property management through our affiliate, Veneto Property Management. Alongside the brokerage, our sister company Treviso Homes LLC handles residential home building and development bringing properties from the ground up and offering clients a truly full-spectrum real estate experience. About the Role

This is a unique, multi-faceted position that blends administrative operations, client-facing real estate support, business development, and inside sales activity. You will work directly alongside the broker, interact with clients daily, and have a clear path to meaningful commission income. Responsibilities

Operations & Administration

• Manage the full backend of Treviso Realty transactions, files, communications, and day-to-day operations
• Support Veneto Property Management with coordination and administrative tasks
• Manage the broker's schedule and keep the marketing manager on track with ongoing tasks and projects
• Handle leasing activity including tenant showings, lease coordination, and follow-up
• Help organize and maximize showing schedules (training provided on efficiency systems) Client Interaction
• Work directly with clients during the day showings, support, follow-up with commission opportunities tied to your efforts
• Conduct in-house outreach calls to FSBO (For Sale By Owner) listings educating sellers on the value of professional representation
• Conduct in-house outreach calls to expired listings reintroducing these sellers to the market with fresh perspective and solutions
• Build relationships with prospective buyers and sellers on behalf of the brokerage Growth & Business Development This role includes a dedicated business development component with an education-first, no hard-sell approach:
• Reach out to real estate offices across the Midwest to introduce Treviso Realty and establish referral relationships
• Set up introductions and partnership opportunities with agents and brokerages
• Position and coordinate webinars and referral relationship campaigns
• Engage in education-based conversations no aggressive cold selling
• The broker will personally join early calls to train and guide you through the process

Compensation

& Schedule Base Pay

• $25.00/hour to start
• After 3-month probation period: increase to $28.00/hour
• MondayFriday, 9:00 AM 4:00 PM or 5:00 PM Min 32 hours per week (we'll align on what works best)
• Office-based at Coconut Point with flexibility for remote work when appropriate Additional Income Opportunities
• Brokerage leads (during work hours): 70% Treviso / 30% you
• Your own clients: 50/50 commission split
• Leasing: $300 per lease closed
• Guaranteed minimum lease income: $3,000/year
• Sales goal: minimum 4 transactions annually (activity-dependent, with full support) License Reinstatement included we will facilitate reinstatement of your real estate license. What We Offer
