Join our growing team as an AT &T; Sales Representative, where you'll receive hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and the opportunity to build a long-term career in sales and leadership. At our company, we represent AT&T; through a combination of retail customer engagement & sales campaigns, helping customers discover products and services that fit their needs. Whether you're working with customers in person or developing new business relationships, no two days are the same. No previous sales experience? No problem. We provide paid training and promote from within based on performancenot seniority.

What You'll Do

• Represent AT&T; products and services with professionalism and confidence
• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Educate customers on available products, promotions, and technology solutions
• Work face to face in a retail setting
• Participate in daily coaching, training, and team meetings
• Develop communication, sales, and leadership skills that support long-term career growth What We're Looking For
