Job Description

The Wisdom Teeth Guys is looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Referral Marketer to represent our practice throughout the greater Tucson area. If you're great with people, have strong sales experience, and enjoy building partnerships, this could be a perfect fit. In this role, you will visit general dental and orthodontic offices to educate teams on the advantages of referring their patients to our specialized wisdom- teeth-only practice. You'll build long-term relationships with dental staff and providers, increase referral volume, and strengthen our brand presence in your territory.

What You'll Do

• Visit dental offices daily to generate referrals and nurture relationships
• Confidently explain the benefits of our specialized practice, pricing, and patient-care advantages
• Manage an established territory and grow it through consistent outreach
• Coordinate lunch-and-learns and other marketing activities (expense budget provided)
• Drive your own vehicle (monthly vehicle allowance included) Territory You will primarily cover northern all of the greater Tucson areas stretching to offices within an hour drive of Tucson. To be centrally located, the ideal candidate will live in that general territory boundary. Why Work With Us

• Strong sales experience, including cold calling
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently
• Dental industry experience is a plus, but not required
• Reliable vehicle and ability to travel the territory daily Job Type: Full-time Work Location: Primarily on the road visiting offices Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
