Duties

Greet showroom customers and answer phones with a sense of urgency, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor Answer customer inquiries through personal knowledge or getting assistance from someone who is more knowledgeable Receive shipments, ensure receipt accuracy, stock items using the First in, First Out method (FIFO). Ensure orders are completed efficiently, accurately, and on time Package and prepare shipments for delivery and coordinate pickup Write out orders and sales receipts to be submitted to Administrative Assistant for accounting Keep work area and shipping and receiving organized and neat Monitor inventory stock levels and notify Purchasing Agent of urgent restock requirements Ensure all incoming orders are correct and notify Purchasing Agent of any shortages or damages Maintain sufficient knowledge of products to answer employee and customer questions Ensure all products are represented on showroom floor and notify Purchasing Agent of product outages

Requirements
