What You'll Do

• Manage an established portfolio of commercial insurance clients
• Build trusted relationships through proactive account management and exceptional service
• Prepare renewals, proposals, coverage comparisons, and account reviews
• Market new and renewal business with insurance carriers
• Negotiate coverage terms and pricing with underwriters
• Process endorsements, certificates, policy changes, and audits
• Partner with producers and carrier representatives to deliver outstanding client service
• Identify opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships through additional coverage solutions
• Maintain accurate documentation within the agency management system
• Stay current on commercial insurance products, market trends, and carrier appetite What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience
• Active California Property & Casualty License
• Strong knowledge of commercial coverages, including General Liability, Property, Workers'

Compensation

• Experience marketing commercial accounts with multiple insurance carriers
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
