Beck's Trailer Superstore, the nation's largest trailer dealer, is looking for a motivated Trailer Sales Representative to join our sales team. We offer the most aggressive pay plan in the trailer industry including uncapped commissions. Competitive professionals are encouraged to apply. Trailer Sales Associate Summary

• Assist customers with trailer request through all channels including in-person, phone, text and email
• Perform needs assessment to determine the appropriate trailer for each customer
• Explain trailer features, benefits and differences between brands and models
• Complete paperwork/sales documents accurately
• Follow proper trailer delivery procedures and checklist
• Work with Parts & Service department on additional trailer equipment and accessories
• Following the company CRM processes and sales protocols
• Must be willing to work Saturdays Trailer Sales Associate

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience with automotive sales, motorsports or motorcycle sales, or RV sales a plus but not required
• Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections
• Quality customer service skills
• Must be willing to learn about the trailer brands and models we stock and how they compare to competitive models (training provided)
• Proficient in basic business math We sell top rated open and enclosed trailers and offer the largest in-stock trailer inventory in the entire country providing a significant competitive advantage for our Trailer Sales Associates. Our successful salespeople come from a variety of backgrounds including Motorsports sales, automotive sales, motorcycle sales, customer service, manufacturing and agriculture.
