Idaho Mattress Outlet - Idaho Falls, ID Full-time | $14-$30 per hour | Base pay plus commission Build professional sales skills in a high-accountability environment Idaho Mattress Outlet is looking for a confident, dependable person who wants to build valuable skills in sales, communication, and customer service. Previous sales experience is not required. We can teach you our sales process, products, CRM, and approach to customer service. What we cannot teach is the willingness to show up prepared, communicate professionally, accept coaching, and take ownership of your results. This is a customer-facing position serving both of our Idaho Falls showrooms. You will be trained as a Certified Sleep Specialist and learn how to guide customers through an educational, personalized shopping experience. This is not a high-pressure sales environment, but it is a performance-driven position. Consultants are expected to initiate conversations, build trust, make confident recommendations, follow up consistently, and work toward clear sales goals. What we look for The strongest candidates:

• Welcome customers and confidently begin conversations
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand each customer's needs
• Conduct personalized sleep evaluations
• Explain mattress construction, comfort, support, and sleep fundamentals
• Recommend complete sleep solutions based on the customer's needs
• Process transactions and customer payments accurately
• Maintain organized customer records in the CRM
• Follow up with customers by phone, text, and email
• Build relationships with previous customers and request referrals
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized showroom
• Track personal performance and participate in regular coaching
• Move mattresses to maintain store Showroom
• Help Load mattresses into customer cars (transport tools such as dolly's provided)
• Receive product into the store from venders Training and development You will receive paid training in:
• Consultative sales
• Customer communication
• Sleep and product fundamentals
• Professional recommendations
• CRM organization
• Customer follow-up
• Referral development
