Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, customer engagement, and consultative selling. The ideal candidate will build relationships, qualify leads, and maintain a strong sales pipeline while using CRM to track activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage new industrial and commercial customers through calls, emails, and networking.
• Build relationships and educate prospects on products and services.
• Conduct discovery calls and qualify sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customer solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide weekly activity reports.
• Meet outbound prospecting and pipeline development goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B business development or outbound sales.
• Experience selling to industrial or commercial customers (manufacturing, energy, construction, HVAC, facilities, utilities, or related industries) is preferred.
• Strong communication, prospecting, and CRM skills.
• Self-motivated with a consultative sales approach. Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
