Sales Closer (Part-Time) Pay: $15.00 per hour Open Positions: 2 Location: 5515 S Mingo Rd Suite M, Tulsa, OK 74146 Company: New Gen LLC Department: Sales Reports To: Josh Melara (Founder/CEO) Mission of the Role The Sales Closer is responsible for converting qualified leads into paying clients by confidently presenting offers, overcoming objections, and closing deals. This role directly impacts revenue growth and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

A. Lead Conversion & Sales Calls

• Conduct sales calls with pre-qualified leads
• Present products/services clearly and confidently
• Close deals and meet or exceed conversion targets B. Objection Handling & Negotiation
• Address client concerns and objections effectively
• Build trust and urgency to drive decision-making
• Customize approach based on client needs C. Pipeline Management
• Track leads, follow-ups, and deal status
• Maintain accurate records in CRM/tools
• Ensure timely follow-up with potential clients D. Collaboration with Marketing & Operations
• Provide feedback on lead quality and common objections
• Work with the team to improve scripts and offers
• Align with operations for smooth client onboarding E. Performance & Targets
• Meet daily/weekly sales activity goals
• Maintain high closing rates
• Continuously improve sales approach and techniques Key Skills Required
• Strong sales and persuasion skills
• Excellent communication and confidence on calls
• Ability to handle objections and close effectively
• Goal-driven and results-oriented mindset
• Experience in sales/closing (preferred but not required if trainable)
