Team members will be responsible for supporting client relationships, evaluating insurance needs, preparing documentation, coordinating sales activities, and delivering outstanding customer service throughout the insurance process.

Key Responsibilities

• Review insurance coverage and recommend appropriate solutions for clients.
• Educate customers on policy options, coverage differences, and risk considerations.
• Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and virtual or in-person meetings.
• Support sales operations through documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate client records, quotes, pricing information, and policy documentation.
• Prepare presentations, correspondence, and other business-related materials.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to support client needs.
• Assist with ongoing sales initiatives, projects, and business development efforts.
• Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
• Consistently meet performance, service, and sales objectives.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Property & Casualty (P&C;) License required or willingness/ability to obtain one.
• 12+ years of experience in insurance, sales, client services, customer support, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of insurance products and industry best practices preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Occasional travel for conferences, training, and industry events may be required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Real estate, property management, mortgage, or real estate investing experience.
• Experience working in client-facing or consultative sales environments.
• Involvement in professional industry associations.
