NC Enterprises is hiring a full-time AT&T; Sales Associate to represent AT&T;'s cellular products and services through face-to-face interactions with customers in retail locations across the Portland, OR market. As an AT&T; Sales Associate, you'll work directly with customers to promote AT&T;'s cellular products and services, answer questions, recommend wireless solutions, and complete sales in a professional retail environment. Core Functions of the AT &T; Sales Associate

• Initiate face-to-face conversations with customers in retail locations to promote AT&T;'s cellular products and services throughout the Portland, OR market.
• Represent the AT&T; brand professionally while introducing wireless devices, service plans, and current promotions.
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand each customer's needs and recommend solutions that provide the best value.
• Guide customers through plan selections, upgrades, activations, and the complete sales process.
• Build positive relationships with customers while delivering a high-quality retail experience.
• Maintain accurate records of completed sales and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with fellow AT&T; Sales Associates to support team sales goals and strengthen the AT&T; brand in every retail location.
• Continue developing your knowledge of AT&T; products, retail sales, and customer engagement as an AT&T; Sales Associate. What Helps Someone Succeed as an AT &T; Sales Associate
• Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or another customer-facing environment is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day in a retail setting.
• Ability to explain products clearly while creating a positive experience for customers.
• Motivated by sales goals and performance-based incentives.
• Professional attitude with a commitment to representing the AT&T; brand positively.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Job Details
• Full-time, onsite position working in retail locations throughout the Portland, OR market.
• Approximately 40-50 hours/week.
• $17.00/hour base pay + uncapped commission incentives.
